Paramount Research Consortium was established in 2002 by Kathy S. Fox, founder of PharmaSeek, Inc. The mission of the Consortium is to reward stellar sites by providing a focused effort with regards to business development. Individual site's capabilities will be represented directly to Sponsors or CROs in an attempt to secure more research studies. The following is a partial list of benefits to membership:

- 75 mile radius exclusive territory
Membership will be competitive and only the best sites will be selected for participation. The Consortium upholds the highest of standards and consequently, select sites that will uphold that image. The following is a partial list of memership criteria.
- Independent site ownership
- Minimum 3 years clinical research experience
- Minimum 3 full-time coordinators
- Investigators with at least 2 years previous research
- Minimum of $500,000 annual research revenues
- Ability to use Central IRB
- Multi-therapeutic in nature
- Advanced technology capabilities
